Shipping Info: Physical items will be shipped within 7 business days upon order and ships via USPS. Shipments can take 7 - 20 days to arrive. International Shipping may take longer.
Return Policy: To Return an item, you must notify Nalani Proctor within 7 days of receipt of item. Upon notification, you must ship the item back to Nalani Proctor within 7-14 business days to receive a full refund. You must pay for return shipping, and provide a tracking number for the package to Nalani Proctor.
If an item is lost in shipping, a replacement can be sent within 7-20 business days.
If item is damaged in shipping, notify Nalani Proctor immediately. The damaged item received must be returned prior to exchange. Exchanges will be made upon receipt of item.
